A downloadable Horror experience for Windows

NightShift Alpha is a first-person arcade horror game inspired by Doctor Who’s Weeping Angels, where statues come to life and hunt you, but only when you’re not looking. Your goal? Find the keys scattered throughout the graveyard, unlock the gate, and escape. But whatever you do, don’t look away.

As my first game project, NightShift Alpha is a personal journey into self learning game development and an homage to the tension and thrill of classic Doctor Who episodes, and to some of my favorite kinds of games I played growing up. This isn’t the full NightShift game I originally imagined, but rather its predecessor, a “Graveyard Shift,” brought to life in this alpha version.

For now, I’ll be releasing and updating this to include essential features and polish, but a full NightShift release would require proper monetization potential with permission from the BBC. If that comes through, I’d love to develop a more expansive version. Until then, this “Graveyard Shift” version offers a standalone experience that distills the essence of being watched by statues you can’t let out of sight.
